NWHCC Programs
Over the last decade, we have worked side by side with entrepreneurs across the northwest suburbs, helping turn ideas into businesses, businesses into leaders, and leaders into community impact. Through practical workshops, intentional networking, and dedicated advocacy, we have created opportunities for growth, connection, and long-term success. As we look ahead, we remain committed to empowering today’s entrepreneurs with the tools, relationships, and support they need to build a stronger future for themselves and for our community.
Educational Workshops
We offer hands-on workshops covering business planning, marketing strategies, financial literacy, and digital tools tailored to entrepreneurs’ needs.
We offer our members to showcase their business services by co-hosting workshops with them!

Cook County Source Program
The Cook County Source Program is designed to support, grow, and elevate small businesses across Cook County by connecting entrepreneurs to expert business advising, networking opportunities, webinars, grants, and other specialized resources at no cost. NWHCC serves as a referral partner, helping identify and connect small business owners to these services while also promoting the program through outreach, marketing, and community engagement so more businesses can access the guidance and support they need to move to the next level.
ENERGY SUMMIT
The NWHCC Energy Summit is a dynamic gathering that brings together industry experts, energy leaders, elected officials, and the business community to discuss the future of energy and its impact on our region. Through expert-led conversations, strategic partnerships, and valuable networking, the summit highlights energy efficiency, sustainability, innovation, and business opportunities in the evolving energy sector. In collaboration with partners such as Nicor and ComEd, this event empowers businesses and communities with the knowledge and connections needed to embrace change and move forward with confidence.
